Today I'm sharing the last layout that needed to be done to finish this insert off (a flip through is coming soon!) I did a bit of mixed media and also some heat embossing as well as alter the chipboard thickers from blue to pink. You can see the original post here along with all the photos.
I also made a process video of how it all came together.
For my entry to Morgyn's tic tac toe challenge I decided to make a see through shaker layout for my TN. I love how it turned out and I got to use one of my fav colours - purple!
I have a confession - I spent most of the day in bed yesterday (Sunday) to catch up on some much needed sleep! So I didn't post anything but some freebie cut files but that's ok I can play catch up. I have a process video to share and some pics from the Scrapbook Yourself Challenge Corrine hosted over on the Kitaholic Kits Community FB page, challenges are still open (until midnight tonight 7th May AEST) so you can still enter.
and here are some pics of my spread
I've had so much fun this past weekend completing these challenges - I'm off to go finish some more now.
I'm back and I've got a process video for the recipe challenge over on the Kitaholic Kits Community FB group, I will post some pics under the video and I hope your having a super scrappy day!
I recently had a computer crash - it was quite bad and I had to buy another computer. Luckily I had backed almost everything up (I just need to recover 6 months of photos which I've been told is pretty easy - thankfully!) and while going through some of my external hard drives I came across a heap of videos I had made but had never posted! So I'm starting with this Easter spread I made in March 2017 and it features a large hand stitched title. All product (except the thread) is from The Reject Shop.
Here is the video:

Hope you guys enjoyed and don't forget you can pin any image on my blog (just hover your mouse over the image and the Pinterest button will appear) pinning my images helps me, my blog and you tube channel out.
Until next time, stay crafty

Wow, I can't believe it's been so long since my last blog post. I know I'm no regular but…..wow!
So today I want to share a You Tube hop I am participating in. Last year (December) a group of us Aussie You Tubers got together and did a Christmas themed You Tube hop, this is our first hop for 2017 and it's Summer Fun themed. If you are a fellow Aussie you will know we have been going through a terrible heat wave these last couple of weeks, so I thought this was a perfect theme.
Summer for our family means going to beach, BBQ's, swimming in the pool, chilling out in the air con watching Netflix, fishing and lots of other fun activities. The thing we all absolutely love is watermelon on a stinking hot day, seriously it gets devoured in a very short amount of time. I did quickly snap a pic of a slice before I tucked in and I made a quick layout in my traveler's notebook.
I will provide some photos and you can find the Summer You Tube hop here, there is a prize up for grabs from our lovely sponsor Scrapping Fun Kits (thanks Raelene!) and you will also get to see all the amazing projects the girls and myself have created.
You can pin any image on my blog just by hovering your mouse over the image you want to pin.
Heres my video for the hop
So thats it for me today guys, I will try to post more regularly throughout this year :)
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a crafty day!
